one. quin is starting his masters degree!
we debated back and forth, which program to go for, when to start, should we move or do it online, etc, etc. last month we stumbled upon a couple programs and started narrowing it down. we didn't think he would be starting for quite sometime because usually you have to apply a lot sooner. once quin started the application process, the schools started saying you can start the next month! well if you know quin, he doesn't do well with fast decisions. he likes to take his time and think pretty hard about what to do. it was a a no-brainer for me! but i don't have to do the work haha. he finally did decide on a school and starts september 1st. he is getting his masters degree in business and health administration at western governors university which is all online. it is a program for the working man so it's pretty affordable. i'm excited for him to start because i know he will do so well.
two. he got a new job!
it is still at the college but it is full time and a little better. he loves the ambassadors and who he works with in the department but excited to move on and learn something new. he'll be working in the business department as the business academic adviser. so with all these new changes, it looks like we'll be staying in st. george for awhile. we had been thinking of moving because we both love change and would love to do something else for awhile but, alas, i guess we are meant to stay here for a while longer.
so yes. be proud for husband. he's worked hard!
and one last thing. maybe you could help me in trying to convince the husband we need one of these....
look at those wrinkles!! and ears. and paws. how could you resist, right?
