happy easter!

for easter this year, we celebrated it mostly on saturday. i worked sunday so we didn't get to really enjoy a nice easter sunday unfortunately. we did have a fun saturday though! 

we spent the evening with quin's sister, marie, and her cute little family. she just had her third girl a month or so ago and they are all just darling. we first went out to dinner at durango's and then went back to their house to color easter eggs. we had a lot of fun watching the kids color their hands instead of the eggs! they loved it though. allie wanted to eat them all after she colored them but, of course, the easter bunny needed to hide them in the morning. 

on easter sunday we had to wake up early for me to go to work. quin was a sweetheart and wanted to drive me there. since it's about an hour from my parents house, he went and hung out with them for the day. when i woke up the easter bunny even found us! he left an egg with a note in it to remind me to look for my basket. the easter bunny was definitely a cutie pie this year!
