happy valentines day

i wish i could say that i haven't posted anything this past month because we've just been too busy to post everything that we have been up to. however, that would be part lie, part truth. while we are pretty busy, we just haven't been up to much. and when we aren't up to much, i don't feel like i have anything to write about. i wish i had more of the mentality to write about the little things too. the everyday things that get forgotten.

anyways, today is valentines day so i wanted to write a little somethin, somethin. we don't have too much planned. i'll be at work until eight tonight and quin is behind on his homework so he will be working on that until i get home. so our celebration is going to be snuggling on the couch and getting caught up on the biggest loser. we aren't too high maintenance with having to celebrate it all get out style but just hanging out is good enough for us. it is a fun holiday though. i love seeing all the pink and red decorations and of course the hearts and love signs. i'm not a mushy person and probably the least romantic person you will ever meet, but i still appreciate this holiday. it's just to have an excuse to celebrate love during a life of busy times.

so i hope everyone has a fantastic holiday and is able to spend some time with their loved ones.
