ward dinner night

so our ward has recently done this new thing. they split us up in groups of where we live at to hold dinner parties for just the couples that are assigned to your group. we are in a college married ward so not a ton of people have kids. maybe like four couples do. plenty are pregnant but are ward is so fun. we absolutely love it. we even want to still keep going after we move, even though at the new house, the church is right across the street.

anyways, for our groups dinner night we decided to go to applebee's half off appetizer/bingo night. nothing is better than half off appetizers at applebee's until you add bingo in there with it! we had a blast. the prizes for winning weren't that cool but i'm pretty competitive and wanted to win so bad! no one in our group won anything though. i came really close a couple times though so that's pretty cool too i guess. ok not really. the person hosting it kept doing crazy things like get two bingo's in one box or "x" marks the spot. it made it fun and a little more challenging.

we ended up staying for like two and half hours! we definitely enjoyed hanging out with friends from our ward, eating yummy appetizers, and trying so hard to win bingo. if you have never played bingo at applebee's, you must go now. well it's only on thursdays so you must wait til thursday and then go. mmmkay.
