pretend parents

last saturday night we had the oppurtunity to babysit quin's cousins little baby!! it was an absolute blast! we got to pretend to be parents for....a couple hours. we need the practice that's for sure. she is a little four month girl named paige and we had so much fun with her. she just smiled the whole time and it made me just a little baby hungry. just a little bit though. my mom would be proud of me for saying that. 

quin's cousin, rex, and his wife kim, are from vegas and came down to st. george for brian regan! we told them that it was wonderful and they loved it. we got to spend a couple hours with paige while they were away. we did the whole shebang! changed diapers, fed her, played with her, and i don't think i set her down once because she was so dang cute and cuddly. quin stole her for a little bit and i know he is just going to be the cutest dad! it gets me excited for when we start having kids.

our friends, drew and dabney, came over as well and made us dinner. we had a great time with them and they loved paige as much as we did! maybe parenthood won't be too far away for us.

it makes me kinda laugh because this isn't even our child and we still loved her so much. i can't imagine what it will be like when we actually have our own!
