this year we went over to our friends house to make gingerbread houses. it just isn't christmas unless you make some cute little houses made out of not so yummy gingerbread! well we actually didn't use gingerbread because we didn't have time to make it. usually you use graham crackers instead...we didn't have that either. so we just decided to use straight up cardboard...it wasn't the yummiest of gingerbread houses thats for sure! but fun all the same. and can i mention how sturdy they were!

It was also quins ambassador party this past week. it was an ugly sweater party so quin and we dragged our nasty sweaters out of storage and whipped em on! quin won that hat at a different christmas party years ago. he wears it every year now. they also had a soup contest. ten different people brought soup and it was judged by josh. they were all pretty yummy! i'm loving soup lately so i was loving having ten different ones to choose from.

the girl who got our crocheted hats loved them!! everyone had great gift ideas to give. quin got a romantic dinner for me and him and made by the one and only bree! it was a fun night and it was great to be around people quin spends so much time with on ambassadors.
christmas is such a fun time of the year! parties are the greatest to spend time with your friends. one more week of school and we will be home free to enjoy the holidays! good luck to everyone taking finals out there!
